PL10 Electrolux Poland Spolka z o.o. is seeking a Range & Product Manager, Food Preservation, to own the product portfolio across its lifecycle and drive profitable growth. You will coordinate with Product Line, Commercial Areas, R&D, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure market needs and insights shape product decisions.

The role emphasizes strong commercial acumen, product expertise, and leadership across functions, with a hybrid work arrangement based at Świdnica manufacturing site in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience managing products through lifecycle including launch and phase-out.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Product Line, Commercial Areas, R&D, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into portfolio actions.
• Excellent communication and influence to align multiple functions in a matrix setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the product portfolio across its lifecycle from development to phase-out.
• Lead launch readiness activities with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Coordinate between Product Line, Commercial Areas, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing for successful delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends and consumer insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and operations on changes, availability and transitions.
