Job summary

EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) in Poland is seeking a Tournament Manager to oversee end-to-end esports events, from concept to execution, ensuring flawless delivery across online and offline formats. You will craft comprehensive rulebooks, recruit and train staff, coordinate technical setups, and manage venue planning to create optimal player and spectator experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of online gaming administration at a professional or semi‑professional level, plus hands‑on experience running offline tournaments.
• Deep understanding of the esports landscape and strong knowledge of the Counter‑Strike ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Great people skills with a team‑first mindset and strong dispute‑handling ability.
• Exceptional organizational skills to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct venue setups—including floor plans, stage renders, and seating—to optimize the player/audience experience and guarantee fair play.
• Enforce competitive integrity by implementing industry‑standard doping control protocols.
• Act as the primary liaison for players and teams regarding rules, schedules, and tournament updates.
• Resolve disputes, player issues, and unexpected operational challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Manage the accurate, timely payout of prize pools in compliance with rules and contractual obligations.
• Gather and analyze post‑event feedback from stakeholders to continually improve future tournaments.

Overview:

Must-Have
