Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Regulatory & BAU support professional in Warsaw to oversee critical BAU functions and ensure regulatory obligations are met. You will coordinate data, MI and board reporting while engaging with PWM, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams.

The role requires 1+ years in regulatory or compliance contexts, strong English, and a collaborative, analytical mindset to handle complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in regulatory, consulting, or Legal/Compliance roles.
• Strong command of English for reports and management information.
• Strategic thinker involved in complex regulatory projects.
• Experience producing regulatory documentation and strategic deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset supporting juniors and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and review key data and MI to support BAU processes and board reporting.
• Ongoing oversight of BAU processes such as suitability and Best Ex obligations.
• GDPR privacy co-responsibilities.
