Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst for the EMEA region, based in Poland.

You will own the Employee Experience roadmap and coordinate five pillars—wellbeing, motivation, community, social responsibility, and business synergy—connecting insights to actions that enhance everyday experiences. You will partner with HR, Training, OPEX, and Customer Success to embed development insights into the roadmap, working with BI to measure impact and drive

Qualifikationen

• Academic background in HR, psychology, business, communications, L&D, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Employee Experience, engagement, People Ops, or related programme role.
• Professional English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap across five pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, privacy, vendors, and reviews.
• Coordinate Voice of Employee mechanisms (pulse surveys, focus groups, journeys).
• Translate insights into action plans with owners, dates, and measures.
• Track progress and share outcomes with employees where appropriate.
• Maintain recognition channels and programmes with clear criteria.
• Coordinate wellbeing, culture, and social responsibility activities across markets.
• Build supervisor/manager ambassador network with briefing packs and check-ins.
• Partner with HR, OPEX, and Customer Success to align development with experience roadmap.
• Collaborate with BI to report on surveys, actions, and experience indicators.
