Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data & Transformation Project Manager for EMEA who will lead cross-functional projects across Research, BI and Data Operations to advance real estate data capabilities.

You will drive AI-enabled improvements along the data lifecycle, mentor teams, and report progress to senior stakeholders in a complex, multinational environment, with a French-language requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Data applied to Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, consulting, Data project management, or operational roles with AI tools.
• Experience leading transformation or change management projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data models and SQL; ability to query and troubleshoot data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain data issues in business terms.
• Curiosity for automation and AI with practical use case pilots (workflow automation, AI-assisted data entry/QA, RPA).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; international/multicultural work experience.
• Advanced/native French and professional English (B2-C1).
• Familiarity with BI/data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Power Automate).
• PM certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data projects across the EMEA region, including AI and automation initiatives.
• Lead and deliver innovation and transformation projects from scoping to measurable impact.
• Identify opportunities to optimize data tools and processes to boost analytics capabilities.
• Structure and maximise value of real estate data used by Business, Research and Transaction Services.
• Improve end-to-end data lifecycle from entry to reporting for Research, Business and BI teams.
• Manage data quality, investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Support deployment of new tools and processes with change management: training and stakeholder alignment.
• Anticipate and manage resistance to change across different business lines and data maturity levels.
• Develop relationships with Research, Data, Innovation and Business teams across France and wider EMEA.
• Communicate progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders including steering committee reporting.
