Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Analytics Principal/Director to partner with senior client executives in Financial Services across Europe. You will lead our FS D&A offerings, guide data and AI transformation programs, and oversee delivery and governance with C-level stakeholders.

From building capabilities and teams to shaping go-to-market and client engagements, you will mentor consultants and ensure value delivery while navigating regulatory considerations and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data, analytics, and technology consulting with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data/AI transformation programs and advise C-levels.
• Deep understanding of financial services data models and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client executives on Data & AI initiatives and platform builds.
• Lead development of FS D&A offerings and regional go-to-market strategies.
• Nurture opportunities; respond to RFPs with winning strategies.
• Provide delivery oversight for key engagements and governance.
• Build long-term client relationships centered on value delivery.
• Set up program vision, team, and governance for strategic engagements.
• Advise on regulatory/compliance requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
• Coach and mentor next-gen consultants in FS D&A.
