Job summary

Waters is seeking an EMEA Business Process Expert to drive pricing, CommEx support, and commercial master data readiness across multi-country regions. The role will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions and support lead-to-cash initiatives during a transition to Waters.

The fixed-term contract runs until February 2028, with responsibilities spanning data migration, analytics, and standardization of sales cadences in collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Project Management, or Change Management certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, CommEx, BPM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing activities and initiatives through analyses, data prep, reporting and other requests.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Provide analytical and operational support on evolving CommEx and pricing priorities.
• 360 Sales Training Project: assist with system architecture, content, and launch.
• Integration Commercial Master Data owner: support data migration and optimization.
• Help design and influence the new Lead to Cash structure post-transition.
• Support regional analytics and embed standardized sales cadences with commercial teams.
