Job Description
About the Role
- The EMEA Business Process Expert will support commercial transformation across the region by driving process improvement, pricing and CommEx support, commercial master data readiness, and sales enablement initiatives. The role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions, support integration and lead-to-cash activities, and provide data-driven insights that help standardize and optimize ways of working across EMEA.
- The role is offered on a fixed-term contract until February 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pricing activities and initiatives through adhoc analyses, data preparation, reporting and other business requests as required
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve ways of working
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into practical solutions and support the implementation of process improvements
- Provide flexible analytical and operational support on evolving Commex and pricing priorities
- 360 Sales Training Project: support the project lead with system architecture, building content and launch
- Integration Commercial Master Data owner – Support the EMEA Commercial leads with execution linked Commercial master data migration and optimization. This includes Account Classification, Territory Management….
- Provide input and expertise to the “Lead to Cash Commercial” Integration Team. As part of the transition to Waters, the region will provide insights and influence the design of the new structure post “Transition Service Agreement” (TSA)
- Support regional analytics and help embed standardized sales cadences with commercial teams in relation to Sales Methodology
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Project Management, or Change Management certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, CommEx, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or a similar business transformation role.
- Experience working in multi-country EMEA environments, with the ability to collaborate across functions, regions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting or facilitating process design, system implementation, sales enablement, analytics, data migration, or commercial master data initiatives.
- Exposure to pricing operations, sales methodology, CRM/ERP-enabled processes, or lead-to-cash activities is preferred.
- Experience in integration, transition, TSA, or transformation environments is an advantage.
