Job summary

Infolet is seeking a lead for connectivity and telecom carrier management across the EMEA region. You will bridge technical infrastructure with governance, vendor management, and cost optimization to ensure compliant, cost-efficient service delivery.

In this role you will own carrier strategy across multiple markets, enforce governance, and partner with procurement to negotiate commercial terms and manage relationships with external carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Telecom & infrastructure experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Vendor management of complex third-party relationships, contracts and service levels.
• Commercial discussions, RFPs, renewals and cost optimization experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure within highly regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical telecom matters for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Carrier Strategy & Operations: Lead carrier-related matters across EMEA and maintain inventory.
• Governance & Processes: Define and enforce governance, performance tracking, and contract management.
• Vendor & Commercial Management: Negotiate terms, RFPs, and renewals with suppliers.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Build relationships and provide executive visibility on metrics.
