Job summary

Solid Company in Kraków seeks a seasoned professional to lead connectivity and telecom carrier management across the EMEA region. You will bridge technical telecom infrastructure with governance, vendor management, and commercial negotiations to ensure compliant, cost-efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities include directing carrier strategy, enforcing governance, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with executive visibility on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with global telecom infrastructure, carrier services, and connectivity circuits in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing complex third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance.
• Solid experience in commercial discussions, RFPs, contract renewals, and cost optimization.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure within highly regulated environments and strict compliance frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate complex telecom matters to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead connectivity and telecom carrier management across the EMEA region (~40 carriers in ~19 markets) for a global, highly regulated enterprise. This role bridges technical connectivity infrastructure with commercial, governance, and vendor management, ensuring optimal service delivery, compliance, and cost efficiency.

You will

• Carrier Strategy & Operations: Lead carrier-related matters across EMEA, maintaining an accurate carrier inventory and ensuring top-tier service delivery,
• Governance & Processes: Define and enforce carrier governance, performance tracking, contract management, and third-party risk/compliance controls,
• Vendor & Commercial Management: Partner with internal procurement/finance teams and external suppliers to negotiate optimal commercial terms, RFPs, and contract renewals,
• Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with external carriers and internal teams, providing executive visibility on key performance metrics.
