Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking a CTPM to own end-to-end technical delivery within complex telecom transformation projects. You will lead technical teams responsible for solution analysis, design, integration, verification and validation, and act as a trusted advisor to support network evolution initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage technical risks, ensure service quality and KPI compliance, and identify opportunities for service enhancements and project

Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management within telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end service delivery and network solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Knowledge of KPI monitoring, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities
