Boston Scientific Poland is seeking a Business Support Partner for maternity cover in Warsaw. The role focuses on delivering high-level service to EMEA Sales & Marketing, coordinating international meetings and events, and managing procurement, budgets, and compliance processes with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in business support, events, administrative or coordination roles in MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration/event management tools (e.g., Engage).
• Experience planning, coordinating, and supporting meetings, events, and training activities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset; strong problem-solving and independence.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main contact for EMEA Sales & Marketing teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of international meetings, trainings and events.
• Manage HCP engagement activities and documentation in compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Procurement and Country Business Support teams.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes including PRs, POs, vendor onboarding and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Finance to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments.
• Support OPEX tracking and budget monitoring with FP&A and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using digital tools and automation.
• Partner with EMEA Business Support to share knowledge and standardize practices.
• Provide on-site operational support for major EMEA events when travel is required.
