Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a third-line support engineer role is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Western Europe and EMEA (up to 70%).
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert BD COR technical support to customers and Field Service Engineers across EMEA.
• Maintain BD COR uptime targets and 5-hour median restoration.
• Develop and deliver BD COR technical training and share best practices.
