Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań seeks a Scrum Master to support multiple teams through an architectural shift in web development. You will help define Agile standards within the Agile Center of Excellence and drive practices across projects, while shielding teams from distractions.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and enable delivery of scalable digital solutions with excellent communication in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Agile mindset and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with Kanban and XP.
• Experience with scaling Scrum.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile engineering practices: CI, unit testing, TDD, code reviews.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple teams through an architectural shift in our web development landscape.
• Define and implement Agile standards as part of the Agile Center of Excellence.
• Drive Agile practices in Project Development.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions.
