Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Project Manager to lead SIC PMO product development projects within an Agile framework. You will coordinate engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and other resources to deliver on time and within budget.

You will report to the Sr. Manager-SIC PMO and work in a hybrid environment from Katowice, Poland, with travel up to 25% when needed. A BS in engineering and PMP or similar certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required.
• Years of Relevant Work Experience are required.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for product development initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
• Support Agile framework within each project lifecycle.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues.
• Provide updates to management on progress and commitments.
