Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Embedded Software Engineering organization. You will work with 2-3 engineering teams to enable agile delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in servant leadership, experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, plus Professional Scrum Master certification. Hybrid work with in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. English and Polish at B2 level required; Bachelor's degree needed.

Job Description

The Scrum Master plays a key role in helping Agile teams deliver customer value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Agile practices. Working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Agile practitioners, the Scrum Master supports teams in achieving their goals and improving the way they work. Rockwell Automation is looking for a Scrum Master to join our Embedded Software Engineering organization. You will work with 2-3 engineering teams and so contribute to the success of embedded software product development. In your role you will focus on teams' effectiveness and value delivery. You will report directly to the Software Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Team-level:
  • You will facilitate team scrum events, team development, and team relentless improvement.
  • You will prepare and run workshops/trainings for team.
  • You will coach Product Owner and collaborate with team leader.
• Solution-level:
  • You will support Solution events.
  • You will work with other Agile roles, sponsors, and leaders to remove Solution-level impediments.
  • You will support initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Organization-level:
  • You will contribute to the ESW organizational development.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• More than 3 years of hands‑on experience in servant leadership and Agile development as a Scrum Master.
• Practical experience not only with Scrum, but also with SAFe, Kanban, and Lean.
• Professional Scrum Master I certification or higher.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Polish at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor's degree.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• SAFe (Advanced) Scrum Master certification.
• Hands‑on use of AI.
• Familiarity with industrial automation topics.
