Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking an Executive Recruiter who specializes in identifying, attracting, and closing elite C-level talent for startups. This high-impact, autonomous role acts as Red Sky's internal boutique executive search firm, targeting CEO, CTO, CPO, and Co-founders for rapid seed-to-scale ventures.

You will build an exclusive global network, lead end-to-end searches, and negotiate equity-based offers, directly engaging with high-profile candidates in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search for C-level, VP, or founder-level roles in tech/digital/SaaS sectors.
• Exposure to venture capital or private equity ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong business acumen: startups, fundraising, scaling, ARR, runway, cap table, Series A.

Responsibilities

• Lead confidential, high-stakes executive searches for C-level roles across the portfolio.
• Build and nurture an exclusive global network of tech executives and investors.
• Conduct deep competency and cultural-fit interviews and negotiate equity-based offers.
• Own the search strategy and manage relationships with senior candidates.
