• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps.
• Source passive candidates and manage outreach.
• Run structured interview processes and scorecards.
• Negotiate offers and manage closing processes.
• Track and improve recruiting KPIs and candidate metrics.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment process regulations.
