Johnson & Johnson in Poland is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist to promote Biosense Webster products, provide clinical support during EP procedures, and educate end users in the assigned territory.

The role is hospital-facing (about 90%), requires fluent English and Polish, and offers a full-time position in Warsaw or Lublin with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will collaborate with the sales team to grow EP center business and deliver training to clinicians across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, technical, biomedical, or related field preferred.
• Readiness to work primarily in a hospital environment, ~90% of the time.
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication.
• High energy, self-motivation, and excellent time management.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Cardiology or electrophysiology experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently across a territory with multiple clients.
• Adobe English proficiency (Fluent English, Polish native).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures, guiding mapping and ablation workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth procedure flow.
• Build deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with sales on customer education and development initiatives.
• Support long-term growth of EP centers across the territory.
