Luminator Technology Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Operational Purchaser to support our Purchasing Team. You will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for daily operations, supporting production continuity and inventory optimization.

The role covers managing POs, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring delivery schedules, resolving delays and discrepancies, and collaborating with internal departments to align forecasts and needs in a

Qualifications

• Degree in business, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as operational purchaser or similar role in an international environment.
• Experience within electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive, telecommunications, or comparable industries.
• Ability to work hands-on with detail while maintaining focus on overall objectives.
• Fluent Polish and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage POs timely and accurate within the commodity Electronics/Electrical.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers for timely receipt of goods.
• Resolve delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and quality complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
