Dover Corporation Poland is seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to join our team working on next-generation printing technologies. You will design and test PCBAs and harnesses, implement firmware for MCU-based systems, and prepare project documentation.

You will collaborate with global teams, analyze complex issues, ensure EMC-compliant designs, and support manufacturing. On-site role with travel up to 10% and a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience as Electronic Engineer with current technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and PCB design exposure.
• Experience with EMC-compliant design and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and test PCBAs and harnesses to power and control laser systems.
• Implement firmware for MCU-based systems.
• Prepare documentation and BOMs for projects.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning and manufacturing teams.
• Prototype assembly and test, identify root causes of issues.
• Support manufacturing and sourcing teams and improve design practices.
