Systech International in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to contribute to development of next-generation laser technologies. You will work on electronic and electrical systems, PCB designs, and firmware for MCU-based platforms within a collaborative, international team.

In this role you will design PCBAs and harnesses, test power and control circuits, prepare project documentation, verify BOMs, and coordinate with purchasing for prototypes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics with hands-on PCB design experience.
• Experience in EMC-compliant PCB design and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in English for cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of C programming for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and test PCBAs and harnesses to provide power and control of laser systems.
• Preparation of documentation for projects.
• Preparation, verification, and correction of BOMs.
• Cooperation with purchasing and planning departments to acquire components for prototype assembly.
• Preparing and placing orders for components for prototypes.
• Identify root causes of functional or quality issues that may occur during prototype assembly.
• Cooperation with other discipline engineers in assessing the designed solutions and their impact on the production process.
• Support for manufacturing and sourcing teams.
• Researching, implementation and improvement of best practices and tools to increase design quality and team efficiency.
