Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a vendor management or P/L ownership role preferred.
• 3+ years in Automotive or Automotive spare parts.
• Language skills: English B1, fluency in additional European languages is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category-specific strategies to maximize sales and profit.
• Creating and implementing an annual category development plan.
• Define and enforce rules for assortment mix to optimize product offerings.
• Establish category-specific pricing policies.
• Enhance customer experience by setting presentation requirements for goods.
• Lead performance reviews and ensure effective execution.
• Participating in negotiations and regular business reviews.
