Job summary

FERCHAU in Kraków is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to support delivery of ambitious power engineering projects in the energy infrastructure sector. The role involves close collaboration on high-voltage and extra-high-voltage transmission projects, and energy storage developments, with a hybrid work model (4 days remote / 1 day in Kraków).

You will oversee project coordination, budgets, procurement support, and documentation, while ensuring schedules, costs, and contractual

Qualifications

• Higher technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project coordination or management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of investment and construction processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, NORMA, and MS Project.
• Category B driving licence.
• Availability for business travel.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate of power infrastructure investment projects.
• Supervision of project execution in line with schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
• Preparation of handover, completion and as-built documentation.
• Monitoring of project progress and status reporting.
• Development and ongoing update of project budgets.
• Participation in contractor and supplier selection processes.
• Procurement support regarding materials and external services.
• Cost analysis and support in project settlement activities.
• Cooperation with Site Managers and Construction Managers.
• Maintenance and archiving of project documentation.
