Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków seeks an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to drive electrical design and systems engineering for major EPC projects worldwide. You will craft specifications, perform critical calculations, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure project success.

You will mentor engineers, manage interfaces with clients and vendors, and travel for international assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience in plant engineering as an Electrical Engineer
Fluent in English and able to coordinate across disciplines
Willing to travel long/short term (3–6 months)

Responsibilities

Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry
Plan, manage, monitor and review the discipline’s work to quality and contractual specs
Prepare project documentation including one line diagrams and electrical layouts
Perform electrical calculations: short circuit, power balance, cable sizing, lighting, grounding
Coordinate with vendors, clients and other disciplines
Provide input for subcontract including BoQ; supervise erection works
Support Factory Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment
Develop into Senior Electrical Lead Engineer and potential future roles
