You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage planning, tracking, and stakeholder engagement, and help develop future project managers in a dynamic R&D environment. Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, management, engineering or R&D environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in R&D, power electronics, energy, automotive, or technology settings.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Power Electronics Program.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks and actions.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, laboratories and stakeholders.
• Assist leaders in ensuring scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain records.
• Organize meetings, workshops and technical reviews.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers and stakeholders.
