FERCHAU is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee power infrastructure projects across Poland, focusing on 110 kV+ HV/EHV underground cable systems and energy storage facilities. You will lead site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure compliance with technical documentation and investor requirements.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, unrestricted construction licences, and experience managing HV cable projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Unrestricted construction licences for electrical networks, installations, and equipment.
• Experience as Electrical Works Manager or Construction Manager on power infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage cable projects, preferably 110 kV or above.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and infrastructure project delivery processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Poland.
• English language skills considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Construction Manager role on power infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate construction activities in line with contractual requirements and design documentation.
• Manage high-voltage cable line and energy storage construction projects.
• Supervise construction quality and ensure compliance with technical documentation, investor requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain HSE standards and promote safe working practices on site.
• Monitor project costs and support project financial controls.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams throughout project execution.
• Participate in technical meetings with investors and key project stakeholders.
• Prepare handover, acceptance, and as-built documentation.
• Participate in inspections and acceptance procedures conducted by public authorities.
