Job summary

MPS - Multi Parts in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Project Engineer with an electrical focus to support our expanding product portfolio. You will collaborate with a global team of engineers across the U.S., Poland, and China to drive product development from concept to mass production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical product development and an interest in automotive aftermarket. You will plan projects, translate requirements into specifications, and lead verification

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years in product development or engineering roles; automotive experience preferred.
Familiarity with electrical design, testing methodologies, and automotive communication protocols (LIN, CAN).

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects to meet quality and timing targets.
Translate customer and product requirements into engineering specifications and documentation.
Lead development and validation of electrical components and systems, including design reviews and testing.
Develop verification plans, perform functional testing, analyze data, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with product management, sourcing, quality, and supply chain to align milestones.
Identify technical risks, track issues, root cause, and implement corrective actions.
Interface with international teams and travel up to 5–10% for training or supplier visits.
