Job summary

KK Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop and optimize our aftermarket electrical product portfolio, including motors, fans, sensors, and control systems, for global customers. The role emphasizes translating OEM designs into practical, cost-effective solutions and collaborating across engineering and supply teams.

The position requires a technical background, data-driven decisions, and a proactive approach to product lifecycle management within a global industrial context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or product development.
  • Experience with motors, fans, blowers, sensors, or control systems.
  • Ability to translate OEM designs into practical solutions.
  • Experience with technical documentation and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the aftermarket electrical product portfolio.
  • Translating OEM parts and market requirements into aftermarket solutions.
  • Supporting new product development through component selection, validation, and technical evaluation.
  • Ensuring product performance, quality, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Driving standardization initiatives and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities.
  • Supporting cost optimization and value engineering activities.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and new technologies within electrical systems and components.
