Job summary
Hayden Europe, building its first European manufacturing facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland, seeks an Electrical Engineer to shape the electrical architecture of our next‑generation cooling equipment for data centers, AI infrastructure, and industrial applications.
Join a greenfield project with international engineering teams, developing electrical systems, controls, and product standards for a global portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in industrial electrical design, control systems, electrical panels, or complex electromechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, industrial controls, power distribution, and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and BOMs.
- Develop and standardize electrical architectures and component specifications.
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, relays, contactors, protection, safety, and communication systems.
- Support CE/UL/EMC/SCCR compliance and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, quality, sourcing, and customers.
- Support production launches, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
