Qualifications

Job description

Aerospace Electronics department designs and produces an extensive range of electronic controllers for aerospace and defense in actuators control domain.

We are seeking skilled and passionate electronics engineers to develop the next generation of airborne engine controllers that will increase the contribution of electronics to aircraft and shape electric avionics.

You will work on design of electronic devices able to drive medium and high-power electric motors and solenoids (control logic, inverter, power stage etc.) in aerospace applications.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions.
• Create the electrical concept and schematics.
• Develop motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, speed sensors.
• Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits.
• Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation.
• Guide electronic teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions
• Identifies and implements technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
• 2-3+ years of experience in electronics engineering (Aerospace background is an advantage)
• Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling, and control.
• In depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
• Working level experience with Matlab/Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciated.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team.
• Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics.
