Job summary

Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking a hardware-focused engineer to support projects by testing, validating, and analyzing electronic systems. You will diagnose issues, plan tests, interpret results, and prepare clear reports while ensuring reliability and compliance with design standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on soldering skills, practical lab work, and collaboration within a cross-functional engineering team. Polish and English skills (B1+) are required along with basic Python scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Practical knowledge of electronics and measurement techniques is essential.
• Ability to read schematics and work with lab equipment.

Job description

What You Will Do:Support engineering projects by testing, validating, and analyzing electronic systems and components.Diagnose and troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues using standard measurement and analytical methods.Plan and execute electronic tests, interpret results, and prepare clear test reports.Work with technical documentation and ensure solutions meet reliability, maintainability, and applicable design standards.Contribute to team process improvements and take ownership of well-defined project tasks.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.Practical knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering, including electronic measurement techniques and measurement uncertainty estimation.Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers.Ability to read and understand technical documentation and electronic schematics.Hands-on skills, especially soldering and working with electronic hardware.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering team.Proficiency in Polish and English communication skills, both spoken and written, at minimum B1 level.Basic Python scripting skills for test and engineering and experience with LabVIEW scripting and TestStand sequences are a plus.What You Will Gain:Salary range from 9 750 to 15 600 PLN monthly/gross, depending on experienceCareer development opportunities in an international environmentComprehensive benefits package including private medical care, life & accident insuranceEducational and professional development supportMultisport cardMeal vouchersCompany performance‑based bonus programStrong focus on work‑life balancePPK contribution – company contribution up to 4% of compensation, depending on seniority
