Job summary

Versigent in Kraków is seeking a talented engineer to lead cable development and manage documentation and testing for data transmission cables. You will review product lifecycles from concept to serial production and coordinate purchasing and material specs.

The role requires an MSc in Electrical, Materials, or related field, strong English, and willingness to travel internationally. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Electrical, Chemistry, Materials, or related field.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel internationally is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining validation documentation.
• Designing and executing mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests for data transmission cables.
• Coordinating purchasing processes and cable/material investments.
• Leading cable development and product improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing product lifecycle from concept to serial production.
• Creating and updating M-specifications for cables and materials.
