Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or product development.
  • Experience with motors, fans, blowers, sensors, or control systems.
  • Ability to translate OEM designs into practical solutions.
  • Experience with technical documentation and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the aftermarket electrical product portfolio.
  • Translating OEM parts and market requirements into aftermarket solutions.
  • Supporting new product development through component selection, validation, and technical evaluation.
  • Ensuring product performance, quality, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Driving standardization initiatives and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities.
  • Supporting cost optimization and value engineering activities.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and new technologies within electrical systems and components.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of cost optimization, sourcing processes, or value engineering is considered an advantage
  • Experience working in cross-functional project environments
