As an Engineering Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and embedding quality assurance practices across our engineering and project landscape. You will act as both a driver and a trusted advisor, supporting engineers and project teams in achieving consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You will become part of a small, highly dedicated team that works relentlessly to improve and support quality within Power & Controls - Product & Engineering (PCPE). The team operates with a strong focus on data-driven improvements, leveraging a range of Engineering performance KPIs as the foundation for Closed Loop Quality initiatives.
The role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and requires a structured yet pragmatic approach to quality.
The position is based at our office Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland (On-site).
