Aptiv in Poland is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to design and develop automotive electronic devices with a focus on cost, reliability and high-volume production. You will create schematics, PCB layouts, electrical specs and technical reports.
You will perform circuit calculations, simulations, prototype validation and testing, analyze results, and collaborate with local and international teams. You will follow the Electrical Design Process and contribute to continuous improvement while
Design and develop electronic devices for automotive applications with focus on cost optimization, high reliability, and high-volume manufacturing. Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, electrical specifications, and technical reports. Perform circuit calculations, simulations, prototype validation, testing, and result analysis. Execute assigned development activities on time and in compliance with Aptiv quality standards and engineering processes. Cooperate with local and international engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Actively participate in design reviews and technical discussions. Follow the Electrical Design Process and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Continuously develop technical competencies and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies. Support company objectives while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in designing and testing analog and digital electronic circuits, including microcontroller-based systems. Knowledge of signal measurement techniques and medium-power analog circuit design. Practical experience with CAD tools, PCB design, and circuit simulation software. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in EMI/EMC-compliant electronics design. Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards. Experience working in the automotive industry.
