METLEN Energy & Metals in Poland seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join the Power Technologies department in the M Power Projects division, based in Turek. You will lead electrical construction activities on site, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, QA/QC, and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects.
• Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors in complex construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and international codes.

Responsibilities

• Construction Leadership: Lead, plan, and oversee all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
