Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Managerto join the Power Technologies department of our M Power Projects division, based in Turek, Poland.

Your role will encompass:

• Construction Leadership:
  Lead, plan, and oversee all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring full alignment with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Team & Subcontractor Management:
  Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track construction progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and invoicing.
• Constructability & Execution Strategy:
  Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and project QA/QC requirements, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality on site.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Act as the key point of contact for electrical construction matters, liaising with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client representatives.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ yearsof experience in electrical construction within EPC power plant or large-scale energy projects (e.g. CCGT, OCGT, substations, HV systems).
• Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractorsin complex construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems installation, constructability, and site execution best practices.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and international codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
