Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking an experienced Site QA/QC Manager to join the Power Technologies division, based in Turek, Poland. The role focuses on implementing the Project Quality Plan, coordinating QA/QC activities across civil, mechanical and electrical works, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

The candidate will report to the Site Manager, oversee subcontractor inspections, manage NCRs, and contribute to forming a strong QA/QC culture on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/QC experience on major industrial projects (power plants, oil & gas).
• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Construction Codes, Regulations and Standards for Oil & Gas and Power Projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001 QMS.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Metlen and Project Quality Standards.
• Oversee QC activities across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Review project specifications for quality requirements and ensure implementation of the Quality Plan on site.
• Prepare and review ITPs, test reports and QA/QC documentation.
• Lead site quality meetings and participate in audits.
