METLEN Energy & Metals in Poland seeks an experienced Site QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works on the Power Technologies site in Turek.

You will implement the Project Quality Plan, supervise inspections, manage ITPs, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients. A 10+ year background in industrial QA/QC and ISO 9001 QMS expertise are essential. Excellent English and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/QC experience on major industrial projects (power plants, oil & gas).
• University degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiar with construction codes, regulations and standards for oil & gas, power plants and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure understanding and implementation of project quality standards.
• Monitor and support QC activities across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works.
• Review specifications for project quality requirements.
• Implement Project Quality Plan at site using ITPs and procedures.
• Report to Site Manager and verify subcontractor inspections per ITPs.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and final project documentation.
