apply is seeking an experienced HR and payroll specialist to coordinate services for a client group, analyze HR and payroll data, and support wage calculations. The role emphasizes documentation, testing new solutions, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will combine deep HR/payroll knowledge with strong client liaison skills, excellent organization, and proficiency in Excel and office software, while continuing to develop

Qualifications

• Rich substantive and practical knowledge in HR and payroll issues.
• Readiness to build business relations with the client.
• Very good organization of tasks and time management skills.
• Experience in handling HR and payroll programs and the Office suite (in particular Excel).
• Willingness to constantly develop knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating HR and payroll services for a given client/group of ADP clients.
• Conducting analyses in HR and payroll area, ZUS and working time.
• Supporting in calculating wages and verification of results with the client.
• Preparing documentation for new solutions and instructions for users.
• Collaborating with other departments of the company.
• Verifying HR and payroll application functionality and testing new solutions.
• Cooperating effectively with other company departments.
