Job summary

Molex in Poland seeks a Warehouse Shift Leader to ensure smooth logistics across multiple shifts. You will supervise loading/unloading, manage equipment in resin feeding, and oversee receipt and dispatch of goods within a fast-paced production environment.

You will organize shift schedules, lead a team of shift leaders, operators, and warehouse staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and report on productivity and incidents.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed.
• Experience as a Warehouse Shift Leader.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management principles.
• Familiarity with ITAF and VDA standards.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Ensuring proper logistics flow within the area of responsibility in order to achieve the assumed company goals.

What You Will Do

• Supervision of loading and unloading processes;
• Management and supervision of equipment in the resins feeding area;
• Management and supervision of component issuance and finished product receipt area;
• Management and supervision of the unpacking, cleaning of components, and packing of finished products area;
• Supervise and Lead Team: Manage and motivating a team of warehouse workers to achieve daily operational goals.
• Organize Job Schedules: Create and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Managing a team of shift leaders, operators, and warehouse employees in a multi-shift work system.
• Planning shift staffing, work schedules, vacation leave, employee coverage, and workforce requirements.
• Ensuring proper allocation of responsibilities, effective shift-to-shift communication, and compliance with established work standards.
• Monitor Performance: Track and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on shift activities, including productivity and any incidents.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shift.
• Segregating wastes systematically, minimizing the use of materials
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.
• Promoting and applying in practice PBM rules.
• Compliance with the requirements, regulations, procedures, and instructions related to Quality
• Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, and Fire Safety systems in place at the facility, including following the instructions of Security Officers to maintain safety and order on the plant premises
• Perform work in accordance with the standards of personal and professional integrity as described in the Koch Code of Conduct and related documents.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Secondary education
• Experience as a Warehouse shift leader
• English knowledge at a communicative level
• Good knowledge of the principles of warehouse management.
• Knowledge about ITAF nad VDA standards.
• Good time management and prioritization
