Job summary

Flex is hiring an EHS Manager in Tczew, Poland. You will lead health, safety and environmental programs, ensuring ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance while mentoring the EHS team to high performance and growth.

You will develop and enforce HSE policies, monitor risks, coordinate audits, and support workstation design, collaborating with stakeholders to share best practices across Flex sites.

Qualifications

• University degree in OHS or related field or postgraduate studies.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee HSE policies, ensuring ISO 45001/14001 compliance.
• Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team for high performance.
• Develop and improve HSE and Recycling policies and programs.
• Monitor workplace conditions, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage documentation for accidents, inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate audits and share best practices across Flex sites.
