Position Summary

• Provide technical guidance & consultation on development and implementation of EHS standards, programs and management systems.
• Assist the line organization in building good EHS awareness, attitude and value throughout the workforce.
• Develop, maintain and promote EHS policies, standards, procedures and rules to prevent loss.
• Conduct system EHS assessments (inspections/audits) and report accordingly to the line organization.
• Advise on compliance and implementation of relevant EHS legislative regulations & requirements, and company EHS policies, standards and initiatives.
• Support management in the conduct and maintenance of EHS hazard & risk assessment, to identify existing EHS hazards and risks, and work with management to put required controls in place.
• Define EHS training needs and coordinate the implementation of needed training.

Qualifications and Experience

• Have a sincere interest in EHS, in the protection of people & environment and loss prevention.
• 5+ years of work experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Strong self‑management with good initiative, ability to plan & organize, resolve problems, handle pressure and maintain a good working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and other people.
• Fluent in Polish & English (both spoken & written).
• Computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Pay and Benefits

Monthly Gross Compensation Range: zł9,583.30 – zł19,966.70 per month.
