Job summary

twentysix is seeking a Project Manager with a technical background to join our eCommerce team on a contract basis in Poland. You will lead complex, high-quality projects using Agile methodologies, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to deliver on budget and schedule.

You will collaborate with the Programme Manager/Account Director to drive productivity and value, while guiding junior PMs and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven software development Project Management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Proven experience with scope control within project delivery.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery techniques and lean practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Provide solutions to issues and blockers to keep work flowing.
• Produce accurate status reports on milestones, risks, and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies between them.
• Lead and inspire teams, including those with less Agile experience.
• Mentor Junior Project Managers within the account.
• Oversee project budgets and resource planning.
• Maintain relationships with senior management and client teams.
