Job summary

Valeo Czechowice-Dziedzice is seeking a System Engineer for Serial Production to own mass-produced products at system level and coordinate with software, hardware, cybersecurity, and testing teams.

You will analyze defects, drive root-cause investigations, manage ECO/CR changes, and ensure smooth line operations while maintaining safety and cybersecurity compliance on serial products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Systems or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience in automotive engineering and serial production support.
• Ability to analyze plant data and perform root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level defects in mass production and drive cross-functional problem solving.
• Bridge production teams with platform engineers across SW, HW, cybersecurity and testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, QRQC, 5-Why and related methods.
• Coordinate ECO/CR changes, software updates and hardware revisions.
• Analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet data and UDS logs to locate root causes.
• Support quality and continuous improvement on serial products.
