Job summary

Mondelez International in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an Early Careers Advisor to identify and attract emerging talents. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage university relationships across Central Eastern Europe, and own end-to-end recruitment for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.

Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred. A MA/BA in HR or psychology is desirable, and prior talent acquisition exposure is a plus.

As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents.

What You'll Do:

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
• Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.
• Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.

What You'll Bring:

• Fluency in English required. Polish/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech and/or Slovakian language skills would be preferred.
• University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar
• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have
• Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
• Creativity - bring fresh ideas to our early careers' initiatives.
