Mondelēz International is seeking an Early Careers Advisor to identify and attract emerging talents and to own end-to-end internship and graduate program processes, including Assessment Centers. You will collaborate with hiring managers and expand university relationships across Central Eastern Europe, helping drive annual recruitment planning.
Fluency in English is required, with multilingual abilities preferred.
