Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a skilled HR/People Shared Service professional to support service delivery in a hybrid role. You will manage HR processes, coordinate candidate communications, and ensure compliant documentation in Workday while collaborating with key stakeholders across People Lead teams and payroll.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch & English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, customer service or any HR admin field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Delivery: execute processes per SOPs and policies with attention to accuracy.
  • Candidate Communication: act as the point of contact with candidates ensuring a positive experience.
  • Documentation and Compliance: maintain HR system records, using Workday, ensure policy compliance.
  • Internal offers: draft salary proposals for internal candidates and align with compensation policies.
  • Onboarding Assistance: support onboarding process for new hires.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers, Payroll, My Rewards, Work & Life, People Experience.
  • Work flexibly across teams in the People Shared Service Centre to handle volume fluctuations.

You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Delivery: Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures. Strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) and processes in order to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Candidate Communication : Serve as the point of contact between the company and external candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Documentation and Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, primarily using Workday. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Handle all the signed documentation to the payroll team.
  • Internal offers : Draft salary proposals for internal candidates and ensure compliance with local Compensation & Benefit policies.
  • Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process by facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders i.e. People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers, Payroll, My Rewards, Work & Life, People Experience.
  • Working flexibly across other teams within the People Shared Service Centre as volumes in the center fluctuates.
