Job summary

Nordea is seeking an E2E Execution Leader / Delivery Lead for the Batch Payments area in Poland to drive disciplined, technology-focused delivery in a SAFe setting. The role requires coordinating planning, timelines, dependencies, and vendor involvement across complex systems.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery while embracing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in project/program management or work stream leadership within a technology organisation.
• Solid technical understanding — comfortable discussing system architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and infrastructure with engineering teams.
• Ability to establish, lead and deliver technology projects and manage diverse activities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project commitments while delivering business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with tech and business counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning to closure with a focus on technology delivery.
• Plan and manage delivery activities, timelines, dependencies, resources and risks across complex tech landscapes.
• Resolve complex technical issues and impediments by bridging technology, architects and business stakeholders.
• Align with stakeholders to deliver according to scope and priorities in a predictable, transparent way.
• Monitor progress and risks, escalate issues to ensure predictable execution.
• Champion change and embed new ways of working in a complex tech environment.
• Coordinate 3rd party technology vendors to ensure accountability and delivery.
